A new fan game named Mega Man Perfect Blue has been revealed this week. The game looks pretty standard with gameplay of Mega, and then near the end it reveals you get to also play as a really cool broom wielding Roll for some melee action! Check out the full trailer below!
Announced early this morning... Rockman X-DiVE is available on March 24th! Pre-Registration has also gone past the newest goal of 500,000... so everyone who pre-registered will get the S-Rank weapon they promised!
Revealed at CES this year was this Arcade1Up "counter-cade" with Mega Man 1 and 2 on board. No release date or pricing as of yet... but supposedly sometime this later this year just like the plug and play controller also in the works.
The funniest part of this packaging (prototype shown) is that the screen appears to be playing Mega Man X3. Most likely this will be fixed before it gets to stores much like the recent "Megan" Man Zero collections that were displayed.
Official as of today, the Get Me Off The Moon Discord server is moving over to Mega Man World to help them have a more active and social community. Created the same month Legends 3 was canceled (July 2011) they were originally known as 100,000 Strong For Bringing Back Mega Man Legends 3, they set a lofty goal to hit 100,000 fans on Facebook to spread the word. They hit that goal the very next year in 2012! Later the name was adapted and changed over to Get Me Off The Moon since that's how Legends 2 ended with Mega Man stuck on Elysium with no way off. They are a very passionate group of fans led by Yoshinator and do all that they can to spread the word about Mega Man Legends in hope of one day bringing it back.
We welcome these new friends openly and can't wait for the discussions that follow! If you would like to join us just go to the new portal link below!
Today pre-registration for Rockman X-DiVE begins! If you register you will automatically get Alia as a playable character from the start (instead of having to unlock her). Yesterday Capcom of Japan released their Financial Review for the year and there was one small paragraph that is raising some eyebrows... they still plan on making the Mega Man movie! Only two months ago we all thought this project was doomed, and to some it was a sigh of relief, and to others it was a disappointment that yet another Mega project got cancelled. Well to those who wanted it can now get some of their hope back because it looks like there's still a chance it might get made. (How good it will be is another matter...). So keep your eyes and ears open for some updates on this as we find out more.
Here is the quote from the financial report mentioning it :
As such, to generate synergy with its popular games via greater global brand awareness and value, the Company has been producing world-leading content, with brands such as Street Fighter and Resident Evil being made into Hollywood movies, now followed by Monster Hunter and Mega Man, which are also scheduled for live-action film adaptation.

The event doesn't have much info as of yet, but will be fully revealed on October 25th and happen on Halloween just 6 days later. Stay tuned and check out the official announcement Tweet below!
