Countertop arcade machine coming from Arcade1up!

Revealed at CES this year was this Arcade1Up "counter-cade" with Mega Man 1 and 2 on board.  No release date or pricing as of yet... but supposedly sometime this later this year just like the plug and play controller also in the works.

The funniest part of this packaging (prototype shown) is that the screen appears to be playing Mega Man X3.  Most likely this will be fixed before it gets to stores much like the recent "Megan" Man Zero collections that were displayed.

Arcade1Up is making a plug and play Mega Man game!

The company Arcade1Up that has been bringing pint sized arcade machines into your home lately is now expanding to some Plug & Play systems that use wireless controllers and HDMI dongles.  Among those new entries is Mega Man of course which says it contains 6 games.  Those six games will be Mega Man 1 - 6.  Check out the cool little gadget below and stay tuned for pricing and a release date.

Capcom releasing a 16 game plug and play arcade stick!

Capcom just put up for pre-order a plug and play arcade joystick with 16 of their classic arcade games.  Making the list of course is Mega Man : The Power Battle!  It's powered by micro USB, comes with HDMI out, and its own onboard Wifi for uploading your scores to online leader-boards.  Right now the date of release for this device is October 25th later this year so we've got awhile still to wait to play with his thing.  This wait will also give you some time to save up the money for it because at $260 it isn't cheap!  Below some images of the device, a trailer Capcom has released for it, and a breakdown of the measurements.
