Mega Man is coming to Dragalia Lost this Winter!

Just announced last night on the Dragalia Lost stream is an event starting this Winter named Mega Man Chaos Protocol.  Not much info is known at this time with more info promised to be shared on the next stream on October 1st.  You can check out the official announcement segment in the video below (it's fast forwarded to the Mega Man part of course).  Just goes to show that Nintendo loves the Blue Bomber and will continue to support him!  Can't wait to see it!  Stay tuned!

Smash Bros Ultimate is getting a Mega Man Spirit event!

The event is kicking off today / February 1st and will run until the 3rd / 4th (depending on time zone).  During this event all of the Mega Man related spirits will appear randomly throughout with Volnutt, Wily, and Bass also appearing at specific times each day to give you a better chance to snag them.

New Mega additions to Smash Bros Ultimate!

Thanks to today's Smash Bros themed Nintendo Direct we now see more Mega Man things join the mix!  Dr. Wily will be joining this mix as an assist trophy that will rain down havoc on your foes in his Wily machine!

Another completely new feature to the game was revealed in the way of a Spirits system which can be collected, leveled, and used to power up your characters.  To earn them you need to complete challenges like fighting Giant Mega Man among other things.

Mega Man 11 amiibo details!

Thanks to the Nintendo Direct stream earlier this evening we now have some of the details of what the Mega Man amiibos will do for you in game.  You can scan the amiibos in to the game once per day for an Energy Tank or other useful items.  Only the E-Tank was shown, so the other items mentioned remain a mystery.  Maybe just the usual power-ups?  Maybe some rarer items like the StarForce costume?  Only time will tell... but I'll report back if any more info arises.

Zero appears in Smash Bros Ultimate!

Today Nintendo did another Nintendo Direct and showcased lots more info on Super Smash Bros Ultimate.  Among those revelations was that Zero make an appearance in the game, but sadly at this point, only as an assist trophy.  Although this does give me hope that he will one day become a playable fighter since the model and a few attacks are already in the games coding.

Once the assist trophy is used he pops out and does one of a few different moves, and then turns his back in his bad ass fashion before teleporting away.
