Thanks to our amazing members and supporters our server has achieved rank 2 with a total of 15 Nitro Boosts! This has enabled up to 150 custom emojis, HD live streaming, better voice chat, bigger attachments, and the best part, a cool little server banner to make us stand out. Just around the corner is level 3 for 30 boosts! We can do it! A few things are going to be planned to celebrate the occassion and will be announced on the server soon. If you aren't on the server yet... what are you waiting for? Join us now at this link! http://discord.megaman.world
Special thanks to the following that boosted (besides me) to make this happen!
Our amazing moderator team : alraz, MegaChibisX, The Letter W, and Bassnium-Z!
And our amazing members : Carbon, Owens, Kiroma, protoman, and Shovels who put us to the top!
Check out the new (temporary) server banner below! A new custom collaboration piece is going to be made soon to replace it! Look at all those boost diamonds!😃
Due to the request of our members for more movie nights... we're starting Wahwee Wednesdays! Starting this Wednesday (July 31st) we'll begin watching all of the Ruby Spears cartoons in order over the next few months. Most likely 4 episodes a night, which will come in at right around an hour and a half each night. As usual you can meet us in the Discord ahead of time (http://megaman.world/discord/) or follow the event posted to the Mega Man World FB page (https://www.facebook.com/events/2334529940135713/).
Who : You and other Mega Man World members! What : Movie Nights watching the Ruby Spears cartoons in order. Where : https://cytu.be/r/MegaManWorld
Why : To watch and discuss this incredibad cartoon of the past together. When : July 31st and each following Wednesday after, 7pm EST.
Our 2nd Trivia Night was a blast and thank you to all who attended!
Final Ranking
Congrats to our winner Owens with 23 points!
2nd place with 20 points : DWN083
3rd place with 14 points : Repliroid wielding a Z-Saver
4th place with 11 points : Techno-Kuno
5th place with 4 points : Kiroma
6th place (a 2-way tie) at 2 points each : Ninja X & Xeno the Wanderer
Side note : Because Xeno was the champion last time by such a huuuuge margin he was held back from answering this time around and helped us host. Had he been allowed to answer everything instead of just questions no one knew, he would have won again most likely.
Congrats to our winner Xeno the Wanderer who absolutely slayed the competition with 22 points!
2nd place with 11 points : Naked Tougo
3rd place with 8 points : Amine
4th place with 7 points : Austin "The RPG Nut"
5th place with 3 points : ❀ Iris of the Repliforce ❀
6th place (a 3-way tie) at 2 points each : Max734734, 🔥Model FX🔥, and Gaming Guy
7th place with 1 point : Mega Don
The Prize :
Our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will each recieve the following prize! A PAX West limited edition, 30th anniversary pin of the Blue Bomber. These pins were donated to me by alraz for this event, so a huge shout out and thank you to him! 💖 Xeno, for coming in first place will also get a little something extra from my own personal stash of goodies. 😁
Thank you to all that came to not only listen but also play... and to those who didn't get any points, better luck next time!
Here's the audio recording of the entire event, also done by alraz of Rockman Labs. Enjoy!
